About Us

Castle Computers is a small, tightly knit team that is 100% focused on what our clients need. We’re proud to say that we’re the opposite of the large corporate IT firms, which is a key reason why our customers tend to stay with us for a very long time. We believe in old-fashioned service values and we always stay true to them.

Joined up thinking
Our approach to helping our customers is to be accountable at all times. When you work with us, you will never be passed from pillar to post. Whoever starts to solve your problem will take ownership of it until it is resolved to your satisfaction. We are just a small team, but we all know the details of each client to make sure you get the help you need, when you need it, without any fuss or bother.

Sensible pricing
We don’t work on a ‘minimum pricing’ model. If we can solve your problem in half an hour, you’ll be charged for half an hour. We don’t think it’s fair that people should have to pay over the odds for a service they didn’t receive.

We do things right
At the heart of our services ethos is the belief that things should be done right. We don’t cut corners or go for ‘quick fixes’ that will break down at a later date. We’d rather walk away from a job rather than compromise on this.  It’s something that has stood us in good stead over the years.

We never ‘oversell’
Over the years, we’ve seen many situations where a company was mis-sold or over-sold software or hardware that they didn’t need. We believe in offering solutions to client problems – nothing more.  This means we take the time to find out about your business and how you work before we recommend anything.

We don’t believe anyone should be pressured into purchasing anything that won’t add value. It’s something we’ve stood by since the day we opened our doors, and we know our clients appreciate our honesty.

We look for reasons to say yes
We love a challenge. So when a client calls us to ask if their software can carry out a specific function, we do our utmost to find a way to say yes. You’d be amazed what can be achieved by allowing us a little time to think through the problem. We’ve solved countless problems in systems like Sage, where everyone else has said it couldn’t be done.
